The Visitation (poem)
The Visitation
Molecules stirring,
arm or cheek awakening to its own life,
its private trajectory of joy,
overtaken by a feeling
it has no name for,
some fragile rapture,
delicate cellular dance
brought about by nothing that is seen
or interpreted,
merely infusion of bliss,
final blessing.
