Sri Chinmoy--from "The Wings of Joy"

We are all seekers, and our goal is the same: to achieve inner peace, light, and joy, to become inseparably one with our Source, and to lead lives full of true satisfaction.

To live in joy is to live the inner life. This is the life that leads to self-realisation. Self-realisation is God-realisation, for God is nothing other than the Divinity that is deep inside each one of us, waiting to be discovered and revealed. We may also refer to God as the Inner Pilot or the Supreme. But no matter which term we use, we mean the Highest within us, that which is the ultimate goal of our spiritual quest.

A spiritual person should be a normal person, a sound person. In order to reach God, a spiritual person has to be divinely practical in his day-to-day activities. In divine practicality, we share our inner wealth. We feel the divine motivation behind each action and share the result with others. Spirituality does not negate the outer life. The outer life should be the manifestation of the divine life within us.

"Clara:In the Post Office"––Linda Hasselstrom

After teaching women's studies for so many years, this poem really spoke to me.  I heard versions of this many times indeed.

Also, I heard Gloria Steinam speak recently and this took me back to the beginnings of the women's movement.  I was amazed when younger women asked, 'What was a Bunny Club'"? I am thinking about writing a guidebook for the younger generation to help them understand what things were like earlier.

Personally, I feel that studying such areas as gender studies, the Great Mother, When God Was a Woman, intuitive vs. active and so forth were important preparations for the discovery of the Divine Feminine later.  Ultimately, for me, that revelation was through Kundalini Awakening, for I think that Kundalini is the ultimate feminine energy that flows through us and the entire universe.  Another name for this phenomenon is "Love."  (See "Unmasking the Rose: A Record of a Kundalini Initiation"  on Amazon.)

Clara: In the Post Office
by Linda Hasselstrom

I keep telling you, I’m not a feminist.
I grew up an only child on a ranch,
so I drove tractors, learned to ride.
When the truck wouldn’t start, I went to town
for parts. The man behind the counter
told me I couldn’t rebuild a carburetor.
I could: every carburetor on the place. That’s
necessity, not feminism.
I learned to do the books
after my husband left me and the debts
and the children. I shoveled snow and pitched hay
when the hired man didn’t come to work.
I learned how to pull a calf
when the vet was too busy. As I thought,
the cow did most of it herself; they’ve been
birthing alone for ten thousand years. Does
that make them feminists?
It’s not
that I don’t like men; I love them—when I can.
But I’ve stopped counting on them
to change my flats or open my doors.
That’s not feminism; that’s just good sense.

Jenifer Maier––Love at First Sight––Poem

Love at First Sightby Jennifer Maier

You always hear about it—
a waitress serves a man two eggs
over easy and she says to the cashier,
That is the man I’m going to marry,
and she does. Or a man spies a woman
at a baseball game; she is blond
and wearing a blue headband,
and, being a man, he doesn’t say this
or even think it, but his heart is a homing bird
winging to her perch, and next thing you know
they’re building birdhouses in the garage.
How do they know, these auspicious lovers?
They are like passengers on a yellow
bus painted with the dreams
of innumerable lifetimes, a packet
of sepia postcards in their pocket.
And who’s to say they haven’t traveled
backward for centuries through borderless
lands, only to arrive at this roadside attraction
where Chance meets Necessity and says,
What time do you get off?

what do the scriptures teach us about:

1.      Past human civilizations, their rise and downfall.
2.      Scientific discoveries of the ancient civilizations including warfare.
3.      Interactions of human beings with Angelic beings including frequent marriages.
4.      Human life span and powers developed through mental concentration.
5.      Cyclic ages--concept of dark ages and Golden ages.

6.      Why so much talk of giant beings. Both benevolent and demonic.

We are extremely fortunate to have Swamiji among us.  He lived in a major center in Rishikish and was the director of the Vishwaguru Yoga and Meditation Institute there for many years.  He is an expert on Yogic philosophy and practice and has much to contribute.

A. R. Ammons--"After the Fact"––poem

This is a poem for elders.  All who have reached a certain advanced age will recognize what is happening here.  We all long for long lives, but living so long will exact a price.
Amens died in 2001 at the age of 75.

After the Fact

The people of my time are passing away: my
Wife is baking for a funeral, a 60-year old who

Died suddenly, when the phone rings, and it’s
Ruth we care so much about in intensive care:

It was once weddings that came so thick and
Fast, and then, first babies, such a hullabaloo:

Now, it’s this and that and the other and somebody
Else gone or on the brink: well, we never

Thought we would live forever (although we did)
And now it looks like we won’t: some of us

Are losing a leg to diabetes, some don’t know
What they went downstairs for, some know that

A hired watchful person is around, some like
To touch the cane tip into something steady,

So nice: we have already lost so many,
Brushed the loss of ourselves ourselves: our

Address books for so long a slow scramble now
Are palimpsests, scribbles and scratches: our

Index cards for Christmases, birthdays,
Halloweens drop clean away into sympathies:

At the same time we are getting used to so
Many leaving, we are hanging on with a grip

To the ones left: we are not giving up on the
Congestive heart failures or brain tumors, on

The nice old men left in empty houses or on
The widows who decided to travel a lot: we

Think the sun may shine someday when we’ll
Drink wine together and think of what used to

Be: until we die we will remember every
Single thing, recall every word, love every

Loss: then we will, as we must, leave it to
Others to love, love that can grow brighter

And deeper till the very end, gaining strength
And getting more precious all the way….

Naomi Shihab Nye––"Kindness"––poem

Kindness

Before you know what kindness really is
you must lose things,
feel the future dissolve in a moment
like salt in a weakened broth.
What you held in your hand,
what you counted and carefully saved,
all this must go so you know
how desolate the landscape can be
between the regions of kindness.
How you ride and ride
thinking the bus will never stop,
the passengers eating maize and chicken
will stare out the window forever.

Before you learn the tender gravity of kindness,
you must travel where the Indian in a white poncho
lies dead by the side of the road.
You must see how this could be you,
how he too was someone
who journeyed through the night with plans
and the simple breath that kept him alive.

Before you know kindness as the deepest thing inside,
you must know sorrow as the other deepest thing.
You must wake up with sorrow.
You must speak to it till your voice
catches the thread of all sorrows
and you see the size of the cloth.

Then it is only kindness that makes sense anymore,
only kindness that ties your shoes
and sends you out into the day to mail letters and purchase bread,
only kindness that raises its head
from the crowd of the world to say
it is I you have been looking for,
and then goes with you every where
like a shadow or a friend.

Orpheus––poem

ORPHEUS
(the god of music...even the animals were charmed by him)

The way the music bathes you.

The way it seizes you
and does not let go.

How enraptured we become.

How we do not remember the
other time,
when there were two of us,
and not just one,
a single fused reality.

Do not talk to me
of something you call
"non-dual."

Let your words cease
 and listen in silence,

and know union.

Dolores Cannon––The New People Coming to Earth

Notes from Jeff Roberts, article on Dolores Cannon, from http://in5d.com/cannon-most-important-time/

For 40 years, Dolores Cannon (now off planet) offered hypnotic regression sessions to thousands of clients.

One of her books, titled The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth , is an ensemble of regressive hypnotherapy client sessions which narrates a “behind the scenes” look at Earth’s current paradigm shift. During the sessions, Dolores hypnotizes her clients, bringing them into the “super-conscious” brainwave state, one of the deepest trances one can experience. Dolores elaborated on her technique in an interview with The Edge:

“When you see thousands and thousands of clients, as I do as a therapist and a counselor, you begin to see a common thread going through many of the cases. Earlier on, it used to be that everybody would go back to a past life and I’d find some of the answers there, and then I’d explore the source of all knowledge to answer all of their questions and do the healing. Just in the last five years or so, I began to see clients who weren’t all going into a past life on Earth. I began to find they had never been on Earth before and that they had come here directly from God, from the Source, from other planets, other dimensions, where they were light beings. That’s the common thread that I have been finding, and that’s where I came up with the theory of the three waves of volunteers.”

Dolores’s theory proposes that a series of souls are traveling from other planets and dimensions to assist Earth at this time. Many of these souls, which are of a higher vibration than the resident Earth souls, are incarnating on the planet for the first time. She affirms that the souls that have spent many lifetimes reincarnating on Earth are stuck in a karmic cycle, repeating the same patterns of mistakes and lessons, which is ultimately leading to the destruction of the planet. Thus, there has been a calling for purer souls to come to Earth to cleanse and raise the planet’s vibration.

But now, inhabiting bodies, these people have no memory of why they came. “They come in and an amnesia descends on the person, losing the memory of why they are here. But this group has an energy that they have to project. It is a loving energy that will change the mindset here on Earth. It will change history, just them being here.”

In The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth , Dolores elaborates on the three different classes of souls incarnating on Earth:

1 The First Wave: Now in their late 40s to early 60s, these volunteers are disturbed by the violence, anger, and hate that they experience on Earth. They have had the hardest time adjusting to life as humans, and many of them try to commit suicide.

2 The Second Wave: Now in their late 20s and 30s, these volunteers are more comfortable in bodies and are said to be beacons or channels of energy who can affect others just by being near them. Their mission of simply sharing their energy with others means they don’t have to do anything but just be.

The Third Wave: The new children, many of whom are now teenagers, have all the knowledge needed to exist on the planet after the dimensional shift and transformation takes place. Their DNA is more advanced, and the greatest challenge they face is being misunderstood by humans as having a condition (ADHD) that needs to be medicated.

“We are moving into a new frequency, a new dimension where it is going to be the New Earth, and it’s going to be extremely beautiful. They have described it in the books – the beautiful colors, that everything is total love.

The most important thing is that we are living in the most important time in the history of the Universe, and it’s very important to be here now. There are thousands of souls who want to be here to experience this – even if they can just be here for a few hours. They say even if they’re born and die right away, they can say, ‘I was there when this occurred.’ This is how important this is to the entire Universe. So, you’re living in a very wonderful time that will never be repeated again.”

from Dorothy:  I am always fascinated by such realms as prophecy, visions, and life regressions.  Dolores Cannon offered hypnotherapy regression and in that time met thousands of clients.  As always, I take such assertions with a grain of salt, and believe only those aspects that seem to ring true.

I do agree with certain observations she makes.  Indeed, I believe that we are in fact moving into a higher frequency planet in a huge paradigm shift.  Many of us are experiencing these frequencies through Kundalini awakening, energy work, spiritual transformation of all kinds.  I believe this changed awareness is in fact evidence of the evolution of consciousness that many have talked about.

And indeed, there are many reports of unusual children entering at this time, from the indigo children through the crystal children and even the rainbow children.  I have met several such children who do appear significantly advanced in their development and skill for their biological age.  Are these arriving from other planets or dimensions?  I don't know where they are coming from, but I hope indeed they will lead us in ways to redeem our planet and avoid total destruction of ourselves and our home base.

And I certainly agree that there are many advanced souls who make us feel better just by their presence.  Sometimes we can even sense the sweet vibrations emanating from their subtle bodies.

Dolores does not deal with those over 60, who got here before the current spiritual revolution was occurring.  Those of us who arrived early were in fact more like "lone scouts", pioneers in a world that was not yet awake.  Our tasks were difficult, for the world was not yet ready for our discoveries, particularly as these involved Kundalini Awakening before much of the world had any knowledge of what this was.  I have often said (jokingly) that it was just like me to volunteer for such a demanding assignment, as if I had said, "Sure, send me, I'll be glad to take this on," not realizing how tough the journey would be.

And as for our places of origin,  I do not believe I came from a distant planet, but when people ask me where I am from, I sometimes say "I don't know where I am from, but it certainly isn't from anyplace around here."

Naomi Shihab Nye--"Wandering Around an Albuquerque Terminal"--poem

Wandering Around an Albuquerque Airport Terminal

After learning my flight was detained 4 hours,

I heard the announcement:

If anyone in the vicinity of gate 4-A understands any

Arabic,

Please come to the gate immediately.

Well -- one pauses these days. Gate 4-A was my own

gate. I went there.

An older woman in full traditional Palestinian dress,

Just like my grandma wore, was crumpled to the floor,

wailing loudly.

Help, said the flight service person. Talk to her.

What is her

Problem? we told her the flight was going to be four

hours late and she

Did this.

I put my arm around her and spoke to her haltingly.

Shu dow-a, shu- biduck habibti, stani stani schway,

min fadlick,

Sho bit se-wee?

The minute she heard any words she knew -- however

poorly used -

She stopped crying.

She thought our flight had been cancelled entirely.

She needed to be in El Paso for some major medical

treatment the

Following day. I said no, no, we're fine, you'll get

there, just late,

Who is picking you up? Let's call him and tell him.

We called her son and I spoke with him in English.

I told him I would stay with his mother till we got on

the plane and

Would ride next to her -- southwest.

She talked to him. Then we called her other sons just

for the fun of it.

Then we called my dad and he and she spoke for a while

in Arabic and

Found out of course they had ten shared friends.

Then I thought just for the heck of it why not call

some Palestinian

Poets I know and let them chat with her. This all took

up about 2 hours.

She was laughing a lot by then. Telling about her

life. Answering

Questions.

She had pulled a sack of homemade mamool cookies --

little powdered

Sugar crumbly mounds stuffed with dates and nuts --

out of her bag --

And was offering them to all the women at the gate.

To my amazement, not a single woman declined one. It

was like a

Sacrament. The traveler from Argentina, the traveler

from California,

The lovely woman from Laredo -- we were all covered

with the same

Powdered sugar. And smiling. There is no better

cookies.

And then the airline broke out the free beverages from

huge coolers --

Non-alcoholic -- and the two little girls for our

flight, one African

American, one Mexican American -- ran around serving

us all apple juice

And lemonade and they were covered with powdered sugar

too.

And I noticed my new best friend -- by now we were

holding hands --

Had a potted plant poking out of her bag, some

medicinal thing,

With green furry leaves. Such an old country traveling

tradition. Always

Carry a plant. Always stay rooted to somewhere.

And I looked around that gate of late and weary ones

and thought,

This is the world I want to live in. The shared world.

Not a single person in this gate -- once the crying of

confusion stopped

-- has seemed apprehensive about any other person.

They took the cookies. I wanted to hug all those other

women too.

This can still happen anywhere.

Nancy Rynes––Life in Review

Life in Review

One of the most amazing gifts from having an NDE, or any other spiritually-transformative experience, is coming away with the realization that we are more than just this one little person living a relatively humble life right here and now. We are much more than our fears and insecurities, our struggles, our successes, our anxieties, and our losses. We are more than someone's parent, child, friend, or employee. And we are much more than just our human selves.

We learn that our true selves are essentially infinite consciousness and energy; that we are expansive, powerful, creative, and connected to everyone and everything. We learn that we are more than this life we are living, and that our capacity to love is beyond our ability to comprehend it with the human mind. And we also learn that we can bring that spiritual capacity to love into our lives here on Earth.

We come away with the understanding that we are intimately connected with the Divine in each and every moment, and that the universe of which we are a part is, quite simply, extraordinary. It's more extraordinary than even our most brilliant scientists can fathom.

More importantly, we come away from a spiritual experience with the knowledge that we, too, are extraordinary.

We don't have to live lives of lack, limitation, and fear, not with this marvelous and expansive soul at our cores, and not when we are supported in every moment by Divine love and presence.

That moment when your soul finally leaves your body and you look back on it with love and compassion is the most freeing moment you can ever imagine! In that moment, you will realize that your physical life is just a very small yet important part of your existence, and in this realization you will know that it's time to finally move on to the realm of Spirit.

A calmness will settle over you, a knowing that this is right, that you are now going home. Remembering that you have loved, experienced, and learned much during your time on Earth, you understand that it's good and right to go back home. Your heart fills with joy as the journey starts.

When you arrive at your life review, know that it isn't a time to feel fear or shame. It's a time to reflect, learn, and to understand so that you can make changes as your proceed back into your more expansive, spiritual existence.

You can have whoever you need with you at this time, because ultimately, the life review is for you and your soul's preparation for the remainder of the journey. It's similar to what you do in your human life after you wake up from a dream and try to recall and make sense of it. But in this case, the dream was your life and reality is the realm of Spirit.

Blessings and joy,

Nancy

Medical Marijuana for Animals and Humans

QZ.COM BY ALICE TRUONG

Dorothy Walters The above is a very important article for anyone who has a pet in pain. It also works for some humans. I did not realize that some forms of marijuana do not contain the ingredients that produce an altered state, but rather simply alleviate the pain of such things as arthritis, seizures, and MS.  To obtain these products, you need a prescription from (I think) your own doctor.

Carrie Tempalski The most active compound is called CBD. It actually can be found at pet stores for animals and at co-ops and medical marijuana shops. CBD Free For All is a great resource for more information!

Dorothy Walters Whether such products are legal will vary from state to state. In Colorado, all forms of marijuana are legal, so there is no problem. In California, only medical marijuana is legal, and that only with prescription.

Past Life

Past Life

How can I  know
who I was before?

A larger being,
now shrunk down
to human size,
just
to be reminded
of the difficulties of this plane,
how it is to be a mere member
of this particular species,
no one special?

Someone sent here
with an assignment
that I said yes to?
If so, what was it,
where is the document,
the agreement
with the map attached
to give me a guide?

Am I now someone waiting to be
 kissed again
by the spirit
reflected once more
in the wavering image
in my mirror?

Like a dream
that always disappears
around the corner of your mind
at the moment of
waking,
leaving behind only
vague images dissolving in air,
vanishing symbols and faces,
tiny clues
of what it might have been?

Sometimes

Nothing but You

I never know
just when you are going
to come.

Sometimes it is as though
you are there, always,
hidden behind the couch,
waiting to spring.

Or else curled behind my ear,
ready to burst
into a gloria.

Sometimes you are merely
a scattering of rocks
tinted by the
sun,
or a tree
gently swaying,
whisper of leaves.

Somehow
I think you never really leave,
just hide inside your
 invisibility cape
and then I look around
and see nothing
but you everywhere.

Nancy's Near Death Experience

About two years ago, Nancy Rynes was struck by a truck when she was out riding her bicycle.  She was run over and dragged and suffered severe bodily injuries.  While she was undergoing a major operation for massive injuries, she experienced a dramatic Near Death Experience, which she describes in her amazing book entitled "Awakenings from the Light: 12 Life Lessons from a Near Death Experience."   Nancy made a full recovery and now gives talks on her time in the "other realm."  She is in close contact with angels, her own guides, and various other unseen helpers, and now devotes her life to helping others undergoing similar experiences.

At first, she found herself in a paradisal landscape:

"The landscape continued to amaze me. Colors vibrated in harmony with different emotions. Trees weren’t necessarily green nor was the sky always blue. They hummed with an inner energy."

(She wants to stay there always. Her guide or helper radiates unconditional love.  She has never felt such love before.)

"But the underpinnings that I sensed, the love, the presence, and the radiant energy, formed the structure of all of Heaven. That was the core upon which all else was built."

"The messages she passed on to me encompassed the basics — Spirit 101 is my term for it. She, and those who spoke through her, communicated to me the nature of love, community, gratitude, companionship, how we’re all connected spiritually, that we’re never alone, and so much more."

"After I recovered from feeling those spiritual emotions, my Guide explained my part: it would be my task to put the messages into a form that I and other humans could understand. My job was to synthesize what she communicated to me, give it a human perspective, and then disseminate the information to as many people as possible, starting with me and my family. She again assured me that the knowledge was planted deep inside of me now."

"But the truth was that I really didn’t want to leave. Who would? When I was there I felt the love of a spiritual presence through every atom of my being. That love was a warmth from inside, supportive and light. I felt embraced, accepted, understood, part of an amazing family of beings of love and light, and a very real, tangible part of Creation. I didn’t want to leave it, not for a second."

"Our souls are a part of God, and a part of God is in each one of us. Love, guidance, and blessings are there for us to access whenever we want or need."

THE MESSAGES

"The Messages themselves are short and deceptively simple: We are not only on Earth to learn, but to Love. You are a miracle — treat yourself like one This Earth and the universe are also miracles Each one of us is more powerful than we imagine.  Each one of us, all of Creation, is connected.  Allow, let go, let Spirit work in your life.  Show love to others by allowing them to show love.  Learn to listen to your heart. You are never alone. Your most powerful tool is your power of choice.  (Our) wish is for you to come away with a renewed sense of enjoyment of being here on Earth and living this life that you have right now. Life is truly a blessing."

(I have so far read only the first half of the book.  I look forward to the second half.)

Remembering Narcissus

Remembering Narcissus

Remember Narcissus?
How he fell in love
with his own image
and leapt into the water
to join his beloved?

Always we are striving
to merge with
the ideal,
the perfect one
beckoning
from the not quite seen.

Like two images
in the old time cameras
that had to merge
to obtain right focus.

We wonder which we are––
self or reflection,
flesh or image?

Dorothy Walters
September 4, 2016

I think that all of us are striving to become the ideal self that we would like to be.  Yet always we are called back, reminded that we are "merely human," with all of our faults and failings there to confront us.

But we do not give up.  We keep the image before us, beckoning us on, and indeed we do make progress, though the effort is great and the progress is slow.  We are, indeed, humans striving to be one with the spirit we carry within.  Sometimes it sings to us, and we dance in delight to that song.

(Unfortunately the Narcissus of mythology fell so in love with his own beautiful image that he gazed at it until he died.  We will, however, use this perfect image for other purposes.)

Stages

STAGES

"This is the final thing. Power and faith, power and blood."
—Linda Gregg

Power and blood, distilled in faith.
All of us came
down here in desire, wanting.

The yielding nipple,
its fruity
offering.

The love spasm, shuddering through
like a divine fury striking,

Always we gave and received,
received and gave,
until we were weary of Things,
worn out with doing.

Interminable waiting,
endless despair.

Stricken searching in the dark.

Sudden illumination igniting
all the tapers
of the soul.

Veins and sinews lit
with incandescent joy.

On "Unmasking the Rose"––one woman's response

On "Unmasking the Rose": One Woman's Response

I received the following recently from someone who was reading "Unmasking the Rose: A Record of a Kundalini Initiation." This book details my own awakening experience, and many readers find much in this story to relate to.  You can buy it now on Amazon for very little cost.

Your book arrived and I am currently reading it - I'm about 1/3 of the way through. I wanted to write to tell you of some similar experiences/themes we have shared - some generic and others quite specific.

- a series of devastating relationships seemed to be the theme throughout my 20s - always longing for that perfect "one" or soul mate connection and being terribly disappointed and devastated every time it did not work out to the point of depression and despair. I know this is a common theme for many people, however the way you describe your experience really resonates with me.

- Seeing faces!!! This is so exciting to see this. I have never come across another instance in print or spoken to anyone else who has experienced this. It happened to me three times. First with my friend "A". We were sitting up late at night at my place and had been meditating together and talking about spiritual experiences. I saw his face "morph" into a male figure from biblical times - maybe one of Jesus's disciples. The second time was with my friend "B". It was at my place again and it was getting dark as the sun was setting and I had no lights on. We were sitting in my living room and I saw his face morph into that of another non-human being. It looked like a cross between a female lioness or some sort of big cat and a human, however I had the distinct impression that the "face" was of a male character from an ancient time. Not sure how this would fit in with he timeline of human life on Earth! The third time was also with "B" at night time. We were sitting in his car and his face aged and withered to that of a man hundreds of years old. It had a distinctly demonic feel too - it made me feel a little scared. I had a very strong connection with both these men - both were close friends who also shared a heavy interest in spirituality and we spent a lot of time together meditating and discussing spirituality.

- Insights and reading new meanings into familiar texts - this happened constantly to me. I would read things and really "get" them for the first time. I would have deep understandings and also receive direct energetic "downloads" of information from people (one friend in particular) as though I had lived through their experiences and now had their insights. It became much easier to learn things in this impressionistic way as opposed to logical thinking.

- Disturbing images. I too had these a few times before going to sleep. Again, this happened after time spent with spiritual friends. I came home and as I closed my eyes to go to sleep I would see what looked like demons and strange faces and dragon like creatures appear against the blackness of my closed eyes. These figures would always be in one colour (usually a red or yellow or orange) and whirl and writhe around and morph into each other like they were made from smoke. It was a moving vision, not static. Sounds very similar to yours.

- "a sense of reaching a certain level of enlightenment (one that I can deal with)" - this is where I am now. Not too keen to rock the boat and go any further just yet!

- stages of transformation on p.53 definitely resonate with me.

- not sure if this happened to you, but I sensed the theme - an inability to explain these new states or what was happening in words. I went into a stage of feeling that everything I had learned about the world up until now was useless and I could only really express myself through wordless feeling states and "being" with certain people and with nature. I lost complete interest in the intellectual/rational side of life.  Interestingly this is now much more integrated since I have discovered books and podcasts about these spiritual experiences and have started to learn a new "language" for talking about these things. I find I no longer need to "throw the baby out with the bathwater" so to speak, and can find a new balance between the world of logic and the world of intuiting.

- anxiety and sharing the pain of others. I found it incredibly difficult to be around certain people as I would pick up their energy and be completely drained. I am only now starting to be able to protect myself from this. Initially it was a constant drained state around other people that would often last for hours or days after I saw them. Now I can pick up almost instantly when it starts to happen in an interaction and stop it.

- finding it difficult to be around noisy busy places with lots of people and fluroscent lights. I avoid supermarkets! haha. I have moved away from the city now and find life much more harmonious when surrounded by nature and plenty of trees. I also find walking on the sand at the beach to be incredibly clearing and healing.

Much love,
