One Stroke
All these words
to convince us
of the reality of emptiness.
One second in Presence,
one stroke of the sword,
would destroy mind
forever,
obliterate us
into great nothingness.
Don’t get lost in quibbles
and arguments,
abandon your dusty tomes.
Kneel down
in silence.
Offer your neck
to God.
