A Beginner's Handbook to God
The other evening, as I was more or less nodding off in my living room chair, this insight came to me. I have no plans to do a complete book on this topic.
A Beginner’s Handbook to God
God is a Code Name for Divine Reality
God Does Not Exist as a person, thing, or thought
God is his/her own essence, unlike any other
God appears inside the self when called
To know God, you must first know yourself
God is the ultimate vehicle of transformation
To find God, you must be willing to undergo a paradigm shift, and thus become more than who you thought you were
We will never know the complete profile of God,
for when we call upon God we confront the Mystery
Mystery lies at the heart of all things
Mystery is who we are and who we will become
(NOTE: THE ABOVE FLOWERS ARE THE BEAUTIFUL ROSES THAT MY FRIEND PATRICIA LAY-DORSEY SENT ME ON MY BIRTHDAY (NOW SEVERAL WEEKS AGO). I HAVE TRIED AND TRIED TO GET THEM TO UPLOAD TO THE BLOG, BUT WITHOUT SUCCESS--SO TODAY I TRIED AGAIN AND HERE THEY ARE. MAYBE GOD IS A ROSE BUD, WHO KNOWS?)
