Kabir
The mystery of words
is that they carry the power,
even if it is impossible
to say it.
They talk about the
unstruck note,
the music of the untouched
flute,
the unsaid declaration
of love.
And then they give up
and they go dancing about
the house,
ankle bracelets
tinkling,
throat making
a sound of joy.
