A Delicate Rapture––poem by Dorothy
ever more refined.
It no longer comes
as a great storm,
thunder and flashes
of light,
nor a deluge flooding
the landscape.
It is now so soft
it cannot be described.
It floats gently over
your body,
root to crown,
wherever you put you mind.
Once you thought you had
reached your goal
when by merely moving
your eyes or hands,
you sent it here and there,
caressed by bliss.
Now nothing more is needed
but wishing it
into place.
This is a process
that never ends,
always drawing you
closer to the one within,
to Love.
