Human life is held together with the binding energy contained in the deep personal and cultural habits that live through us.
Transformation always involves disrupting these habits and establishing new ones.
Right now, because of the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, layer upon layer of ingrained personal and cultural habits have been disrupted.
We are all living through so much insecurity right now because no one knows what is going to happen. So many questions cannot be answered by anyone.
In the midst of the pain, hardship, and fear, we can reflexively want to get back to normal as quickly as we can.
But in this workshop I want to invite you into a different possibility.
Let’s use the freedom of uncertainty to reconfigure our lives. Let’s not go back to the way things were, let’s make our lives better than they were.
In this workshop you will:
Recognize and experience the energy of liberation that is currently available to us.
Listen for the faint but unmistakable sound of the future that is calling you.
Learn how to relax old habits and open your inner vision to radical possibilities.
Take a crucial first step into a life that is deeply aligned with who you really are.
This two-hour workshop will include practices, exercises and contemplations.
